HEREDITAS Red 2007

Harvest date: Second week of September of 2007

Grape varieties: Aragonês 50%, Alicante Bouschet 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Syrah 5%

Yield: 5,5 tons / Ha

Vinification: After rigorous control during the maturation phase, followed by selective harvesting by hand, the grapes are placed in crates (contents 13 Kg per crate). Next they are removed from their stalks, crushed and then stored in stainless steel fermentation tanks, in which the temperature is maintained at between 25º and 27ºC

Ageing: 6 months in French oak barrels

Bottling date: May of 2009

Alcohol content: 14.0 %

Total acidity: 5,0

pH: 3,66

Residual sugar: <2 g/l

Production: 50 000 bottles
